Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled, and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at each venue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location, ensuring team members are knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and manage inventory of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations.
  • Communication: Communicate and partner with the District Manager/Regional Manager to drive alignment and overall strategy for designated venue(s).
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory/management experience required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct industry experience highly desired.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
