Senior Vice President

At Texas Family Initiative, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to lead our 2INgage program. This senior leadership position is responsible for managing and guiding a key program in collaboration with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human services-related field and five or more years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit setting. They will be responsible for overseeing fiscal management, developing and implementing strategic plans, and enhancing the program's image through community engagement and collaboration with civic and private organizations.

The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for administering daily program operations, hiring and retaining competent staff, and participating in off-site meetings, training, and business engagements. They will be expected to communicate effectively with the CEO and provide necessary information for strategic decision-making.
