Job Summary

The Front Desk Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, booking reservations, and resolving any guest concerns or issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, anticipating their needs and providing a positive experience
  • Book reservations and coordinate registration, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answer phone calls and emails, delivering messages and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the success of our team
Requirements
  • Previous guest services experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
