SMG, a UK-based business with a growing presence in North America, seeks an experienced professional to join its team as a Client Manager. This role is part of the agency's partnership with the first travel retail media network in the US.

As a key member of the in-house team, you will be responsible for crafting effective campaigns through creative thinking and precision planning. With a hybrid-remote model, you will work up to 3 days from our New York Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and brands
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies
  • Deliver retail media expertise and revenue targets

You will bring:
Omnichannel retail media experience
A background in marketing, retail media, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), media agency, sales, or retail tech
Experience coaching and developing teams
Working knowledge of data and financial reporting
