Job DescriptionThe Email and SMS Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning execution for Glowbar's email and SMS channels, reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, experience working with Klaviyo, and strong analytical skills to drive revenue via appointments and increase LTV from members.
Responsibilities- Email and SMS Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact initiatives across the client lifecycle that drive bookings and improve member retention.
- SMS Launch: Partner with the Sr. Director of Marketing to launch SMS campaigns and automation, unlocking a new channel to drive bookings and member retention.
- Email Creative: Craft concise and compelling copy in Glowbar's brand voice to support business goals, with solid design sensibilities and experience working with Canva or similar platforms.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing for D2C businesses, preferably a retail services business.
- Klaviyo Experience: Experience working in Klaviyo and proven track record of executing successful email and SMS programs in a D2C environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into revenue-driving initiatives.
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Additionally, Glowbar offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid sick leave, and more.
