Digital Campaign Manager

Worth Rises is a non-profit organization dedicated to dismantling the prison industry and ending the exploitation of those it touches. We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Associate to join our team.
Job OverviewThe Digital Associate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital organizing components of our advocacy campaigns and narrative efforts. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media, email programs, and websites, as well as tracking and evaluating the efficacy of our digital program.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a supporter engagement funnel to bring people in and grow them from follower to action taker to donor.
- Manage digital organizing tools, including Phone2Action, to drive digital actions in support of our campaigns.
- Manage social media efforts, creating, editing, publishing, and sharing compelling content daily, engaging with followers, and responding to messages.
- Manage the email program to convey our story and work to supporters in service of education, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
- Manage the organization's website and all campaign websites, keeping content updated.
- Track and evaluate the efficacy of our digital program, recommending and implementing adjustments based on results.
- At least two years of professional experience working in non-profit digital organizing with demonstrated ability to bolster an organization's digital mobilizing power.
- Superior writing and editing skills, as well as excellent proofreading and copyediting skills.
- Mastery of digital tools, including Mailchimp, Phone2Action, Adobe Suite, Canva, Website CMS, and other software.
- Experience using digital metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, social media insights, email analytics, A/B testing, to make data-driven decisions and optimize digital strategies.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and accessibility best practices to ensure digital campaigns and websites are optimized for all audiences.
We're a remote-first organization operating in a virtual environment. Our compensation package includes an annual salary of $72,000, full medical, vision, and dental coverage, 20 days of vacation time, ten days of personal/sick leave, and three days of bereavement leave in addition to 11 holidays and winter break. Employees also receive a generous 401k contribution match, $75 monthly technology stipend, monthly wellness reimbursement, and dedicated budget for professional development.
