**Responsibilities**
• Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients, including payments, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and rewrites.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance programs, and suggest additions or changes.
• Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls and non-renewal leads, treating each customer contact as a cross-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions, especially if quoting or rewriting.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, billing, and updates, issuing insurance documentation as needed.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns, ensuring retention standards are met.
**Requirements**
• Must have Florida 4-40 License.
• 2-20 License is a bonus.
• 1+ year in the insurance industry is required.
