Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to support our local, industry-leading customers. The successful candidate will work a first shift with limited required overtime. Key responsibilities include handling daily administrative tasks, customer relations, and accounting functions. - Up to $63,000 per annum to start, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally
- Handle customer relations, including resolving concerns and maintaining positive client interactions
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks for billing, invoicing, and financial records
- Manage accounts receivable, payable, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, document creation, and record keeping
- Manage online accounts for business-related services, including vendor portals and customer accounts
- Maintain both digital and physical office files and ensure the office operates efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
