We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to support our local, industry-leading customers. The successful candidate will work a first shift with limited required overtime. Key responsibilities include handling daily administrative tasks, customer relations, and accounting functions. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally
  • Handle customer relations, including resolving concerns and maintaining positive client interactions
  • Perform data entry in QuickBooks for billing, invoicing, and financial records
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, document creation, and record keeping
  • Manage online accounts for business-related services, including vendor portals and customer accounts
  • Maintain both digital and physical office files and ensure the office operates efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
