Administrative Support Associate

At Leominster Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we strive to create a collaborative environment where our team members can thrive. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting Visitors: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors, ensuring they feel at ease in our facility.
- Phone and Message Management: Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine the purpose of the call, and transfer calls as needed. Take and deliver messages promptly and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to management, including scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Schedule appointments and transportation, and generate reports and other documents as required.
- Front Desk Procedures: Maintain front desk procedures, including contact information, directions, and frequently asked questions.
- Clerical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clerical experience is required.
- Computer and Software Skills: Proficiency in computer and software skills is essential.
- Time Management and Communication: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently towards completing them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Organizational and Customer Service Skills: Great organizational skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
