Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at The Vascular Care Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including scheduling patients, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with clinical procedures, such as preparing patients for examination, taking vital signs, and recording health history.
- Provide patient support and care, including answering questions, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily tasks.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assisting certification program preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a medical setting, ideally surgical.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
