We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Surrogacy Journey Case Manager to assist and support surrogates and intended parents throughout their surrogacy experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Surrogacy Process: Oversee all stages of the surrogacy journey, from initial planning to postpartum support.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Develop thorough profiles and assessments for potential surrogacy candidates.
  • Educational Support: Provide clients with informative resources and insights regarding the surrogacy process.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact among clients, legal advisors, medical personnel, and mental health specialists.
  • Ongoing Communication & Assistance: Address client inquiries, guide them through emotional and logistical hurdles, and offer continuous support throughout the surrogacy experience.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain precise records and generate timely reports on the progress of surrogacy cases.
  • Team Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all client information.
  • Adherence to Compliance & Ethics: Strictly follow legal standards and ethical practices within the industry.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Educational Requirements: Must hold a valid Licensed Social Worker credential (LMSW, LCSW).
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social work, preferably in adult case management (excluding internships).
  • Experience in surrogacy, adoption, or third-party reproduction is highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with women and pregnancies is preferred.
