We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team and provide support to individuals in their family homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Teach new skills and provide educational activities within the home, as outlined in the individual's care plan
  • Follow the individual's care plan to ensure their needs are met and their ADLs are managed as requested
  • Provide access to the community for socialization and engagement
  • Work a flexible schedule, varying from 8-40 hours per week, depending on the case assigned
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday and Sunday hours
Requirements
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, and evenings
  • Must be able to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their family homes
  • Must be able to follow the individual's care plan and provide the necessary support and care
