Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Registrar to join our team at Richmond University Medical Center. As a Clinic Registrar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by registering patients, obtaining demographic and financial information, and completing all necessary paperwork and telephone duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients into the hospital computer system, ensuring accurate and complete demographic and financial information.
  • Complete all paperwork and telephone duties associated with the registration and clinic process flow.
  • Create visits in the hospital scheduling system and secure medical records.
  • Work closely with patients, physicians, and nursing staff to assist with clerical duties related to the clinic process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the medical field is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge and experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively follow all policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume patient area.

Salary Range: $23.288 - $24.558 per hour
