Job Title: Customer Success Manager

At Kuraray America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Negotiate service and product terms with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong understanding of business, financials, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel (approximately 25% of the time) for company meetings.
