About the Role

As a Client Success Representative, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our relationships with our esteemed clientele. Your role will involve managing a book of business through brokerage partner relationships, collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met, and providing regular updates and feedback to internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client growth strategies to meet their insurance coverage needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are surpassed.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback from clients to internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
  • Communicate with clients about risk mitigation opportunities and address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Lead regular review meetings with clients to discuss performance metrics, strategic goals, and program feedback.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in client relationship management, customer service, administration, or a similar role, with a track record of managing high-profile accounts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Profound understanding of client management tools and techniques.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adept at handling multiple clients, channel partners, and priorities.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of commercial property insurance or the auto dealership industry.
