Facilities and Security Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities and Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Healthonecares. As a key member of our facilities and security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our campus, as well as maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security and Safety: Greet and direct all visitors, employees, and students, following established procedures.
  • Security Patrols: Perform regular security patrols of designated areas to identify and address potential security concerns or safety hazards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, employees, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain janitor closets and janitorial equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Chemical Handling: Properly label, dilute, and use all chemicals in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively with other contractors, employees, and students to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential security concerns or safety hazards.
