Compensation Overview:

The compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $120,000 annually. The base salary is set at $36,000, with the potential for first-year total compensation, including incentives, to exceed $60,000. Many of our Automotive Consultants achieve On Target Earnings of $66,000, with a significant percentage exceeding this within their first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle.
  • Provide insights on financial products and financing options.
  • Meet performance standards set by the dealership.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires mobility throughout the dealership, including standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
