Marketing Coordinator Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kovalus Separation Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects, developing content, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media)
* Develop and create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media content, and email campaigns
* Conduct research to gather information on customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support marketing strategy
* Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure the timely completion of marketing projects and campaigns
* Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, managing logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-up
* Monitor and engage with social media platforms, scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics
* Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, compiling data for reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs

**Requirements:**

* Experience in marketing and/or a similar role
* Experience in project management and comfortability in managing multiple projects at various stages with internal teams and external vendors
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, project management, or communications
* Self-starting and project management experience preferred
* Social media content development/execution - especially LinkedIn
* Experience using data analytics software for research
* Graphic design knowledge

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and in proximity to loud equipment
* Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds occasionally
* Must be able to see and respond to at-risk situations
* Must be able to wear personal protective gear when in industrial locations
* Must be able to sit for longer periods of time as well as move about throughout the office and production, / laboratory environment
