Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Lou Sobh Honda of Southaven. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up and Referrals: Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a strong network of satisfied customers.
  • Overcoming Objections: Develop skills to effectively overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager on sales performance, objectives, and market trends.

  • Availability and Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Possess a self-starter mentality, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
