Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department. This position is crucial to our dealership, requiring a multitasker and customer service expert who acts as the bridge between our technicians and clients. The role is both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and deliver exceptional service
  • Understand and accurately record customer concerns
  • Coordinate service appointments for vehicles
  • Provide detailed estimates for repairs and services
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain precise records of services rendered and payments processed
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Service Advisor is required
  • Chrysler Certifications are mandatory
  • Familiarity with various automotive services such as air brakes, tire services, and diesel engine repair is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in cash handling is preferred
