Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Perform high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up and Referrals: Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a strong network of satisfied customers.
  • Overcoming Objections: Develop skills to effectively overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager on sales performance, objectives, and market trends.
