Job Overview

At Intecrowd, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Manager to drive our sales growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to develop and execute winning sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging
  • Identify and analyze client preferences to direct sales efforts
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to manage partner sales leadership
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
