Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Development Manager at Miele Incorporated, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our authorized dealers and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities

Manage existing dealers to increase sales volumes in the assigned territory, which includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners through regular business review meetings.
Increase branding through consistent territory marketing and dealer displays.
Maintain brand display excellence and ensure that all dealers are up-to-date with the latest Miele products and accessories.
Contact existing customers to inform, train, and educate them on new and current products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through traditional distribution and the trade partner program.
Participate in trade shows, sales promotions, and dealer promotions to foster customer relationships.
Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.

Requirements

5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required, but a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior sales success and proficiency with MS Office programs are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated presentation skills, are essential.
Valid driver's license and prior experience using CRM software are required.
