Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist Senior to join our Finance Governance Oversight organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the FGO Financial and Regulatory framework programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Financial and Regulatory framework methodologies and expectations, including materiality thresholds and qualitative considerations.
  • Perform 2LOD review, challenge, and governance functions for FGO-supported control frameworks.
  • Effectively communicate identified issues to management and governing committees, ensuring timely remediation plans are in place.
  • Foster collaboration and coordination across the FGO team and with business partners.
  • Support broader Control and Finance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree required, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Certifications desired.
  • Strong risk management expertise, with ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with business objectives and activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
