Job Description:

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fleet operations team. This includes managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and processing payroll and reimbursement costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and file records for vehicles and their required documents.
  • Observe and track expenses and determine any reimbursements that need to be made.
  • Conduct payroll for drivers and process reimbursement costs with accuracy.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation are key qualities for success.
