Senior National Account Manager

The primary function of this role is to drive revenue growth by working closely with our largest distribution customers and key strategic accounts. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding relationships and managing specific national account customers. You will work collaboratively with other sales team members to drive sales in the field and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue year over year and achieve sales quota for each identified distribution and strategic account
- Expand relationships and manage specific national account customers
- Work with identified national accounts to drive product and RMR sales with new and existing end-user customers
- Work with key customers to identify and address specific needs and bring identified needs back to the business for product development
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clients' requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective new strategic customers
- Responsible for annual contracts and dealer agreements with strategic customers
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Work with customer sales and marketing departments to implement sales strategies for growth
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience calling on distribution at the corporate level
- 7+ year experience in the security industry for product/software sales
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Availability to travel as needed
