Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

At Securitas Electronic Security Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the national accounts market.

Job Summary

The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key national accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow national account relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and work with customer Sales and Marketing departments to implement sales strategies for growth
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience calling on distribution at the corporate level
  • 7+ year experience in the security industry for product/software sales
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
