As a Project Coordinator at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. This detail-oriented and proactive individual will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Experience using project management software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $24-$31 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
