We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainee.

As a member of our team, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge in plumbing inspections, customer interaction, safety protocols, and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct plumbing inspections to determine maintenance needs in residential settings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
  • Assist plumbers in general maintenance tasks, such as drain cleaning, leak repair, water heater maintenance, and other preventative measures.
  • Develop customer service skills by interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing professional assistance.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and inspection findings, preparing detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in-home consultative sales.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
  • Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
