Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all phases of the engineering project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead project meetings, create agendas, assign action items, and follow up on open action items to ensure team accountability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Manage and mentor project coordinators and permit coordinators to ensure effective project support and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunication project management or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing turnkey, EPC, and design/build projects in the telecommunication industry.
