Seasonal Boarding Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Boarding Tech Assistant to join our team at Park Veterinary Boarding & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our boarding pets and ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay.
Responsibilities- Provide daily care and attention to our boarding pets, including feeding, walking, and administering medication as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our boarding pets, including regular cleaning and disinfecting of kennels and common areas.
- Walking dogs and cleaning up after them.
- Monitor the health and well-being of our boarding pets, reporting any concerns to the veterinarian on duty.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including reception and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all boarding pets, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and any health concerns.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this position is around $25,000-$30,000 per year, depending on experience. As a seasonal employee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in animal care and customer service while enjoying a flexible schedule.
