IT Support Specialist

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401K plan, and paid time off. Our monthly stipend covers phone, internet, and travel expenses.
Job Description
As an IT Expert within our Operations teams, you'll provide both remote and on-site IT support to a diverse group of customers. This role requires travel to our headquarters in Durham, NC, and to customer sites in nearby counties, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends. We're seeking a reliable, proactive technician with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Extensive Windows 10/11 Professional operating system support experience, proficiency with macOS operating systems and hardware, and experience using remote control software to provide desktop support. Additional preferred qualifications include Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA) certification, Microsoft tools knowledge, and certifications in AWS and Apple/Linux environments. You should have professional presentation with an approachable personality, superior customer support, and professional spoken and written communication skills.
