T-Mobile offers a unique opportunity for a Sr. Account Executive, Federal Sales to join our team. As a key player in our federal government sales strategy, you will be responsible for selling products and services to C-Suite and executive-level decision makers within federal government agencies and qualified organizations. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales objectives by acquiring targeted strategic accounts and creating new opportunities for sales and relationship growth within our federal government account deck.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage entire sales cycles, and negotiate contract terms. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, expand our market position, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Salary Estimate: $147,600 - $266,300 per year, inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $103,320 - $186,410. Please note that the actual starting pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
