Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine service visits and perform necessary testing to guarantee safe and effective treatment programs, generating and distributing reports following each service visit.
  • Address technical challenges at customer locations, notifying clients of any issues and formulating a corrective action plan while keeping the sales account manager informed.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and assist in developing prospects as needed.
  • Support data analysis related to program performance.
  • Engage in technical training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science or related technical field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Aptitude for solving complex and non-routine technical challenges.
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and customer needs, or the capacity to quickly learn about industry and Solenis technologies.
  • Strong drive for results; proactively tackles complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
