Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine service visits and perform necessary testing to guarantee safe and effective treatment programs, generating and distributing reports following each service visit.
- Address technical challenges at customer locations, notifying clients of any issues and formulating a corrective action plan while keeping the sales account manager informed.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and assist in developing prospects as needed.
- Support data analysis related to program performance.
- Engage in technical training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science or related technical field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Aptitude for solving complex and non-routine technical challenges.
- Exceptional relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and customer needs, or the capacity to quickly learn about industry and Solenis technologies.
- Strong drive for results; proactively tackles complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
