Job Description

At Nobelus, we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the financial transactions related to our service operations. This role involves billing for parts and equipment, service visits, and contract invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project billing and complex invoicing, as well as a background in accounting principles and GL flow of transactions. Prior experience with Infor ERP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Conduct detailed reviews of Service Repair Orders (SROs) for accuracy prior to invoicing
  • Process credits for returned parts and assist the Service team with vendor returns
  • Manage progressive billing for equipment and set up warranty records
  • Handle billing for drop-shipped parts and maintain the machine order spreadsheet for accurate record-keeping
  • Review and set up new rental, subscription, and equipment sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and system integration
  • Execute monthly billing for service contracts, equipment rentals, and subscriptions
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Work in Progress (WIP) and Inventory for parts and equipment
  • Support year-end inventory reconciliation and assist with audit documentation for inventory records
  • Collaborate with Sales & Service departments for projects and/or reports related to new equipment or special services for strategic customers
  • Manage vendor invoicing and document retrieval within customer's vendor portal
  • Provide assistance to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with project billing or other complex invoicing
  • Background of accounting principles and understanding GL flow of transactions a plus
  • Prior experience with Infor ERP a plus
  • Excellent math and problem solving/logic skills
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus but not required
