Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Quotation Analyst for Digital Power Systems is responsible for delivering comprehensive sales support for Power Monitoring & Controls, Power Factor Correction, and Microgrid Medium and Low Voltage Equipment. This role serves as a key resource for channel partners and provides expertise in the front office CRM for sales activities.
  • Offers both commercial and technical assistance to sales teams, helping to define the opportunity landscape and solution offerings.
  • Evaluates customer inquiries and translates them into Schneider Electric Power Solutions.
  • Facilitates the proposal process and guides negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Aids in identifying and qualifying business opportunities, while also influencing and developing tailored solutions.
  • Assists in Bid Investment decisions and prepares proposals and offers.
  • Conducts risk assessments prior to submitting proposals.
  • Evaluates the commercial and technical implications during the bidding phase.
  • Provides application support for products and services within the Digital Power sector, focusing on specific segments and territories as needed.
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the front office CRM and helps manage a network of excellence through collaboration with peers.

This position may be a fit for you if:
  • A hybrid work arrangement is essential.
  • You possess a Bachelor's Degree or have 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience in quotations within the Electrical Industry.
  • You are knowledgeable about the following product categories:
    • Medium Voltage Equipment such as MetalClad Switchgear, Metal Enclosed Switchgear, and Power Transformers.
    • Low Voltage Equipment including Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear, Switchboards, Motor Control Centers, Pad Mount Transformers, and Dry Type Transformers.
  • Familiarity with Energy/Power Management third-party products and their integration into power solutions is advantageous.
  • You understand and can apply NEC equipment standards and local codes.
  • You have insight into competitor offerings.
  • You are a self-driven team player with strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • You can effectively utilize company software and collaborative tools while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
