Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process international invoices from initiation through to completion.
  • Collaborate with various teams to guarantee timely and precise budget payments.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to payment delays or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and validate all required documentation for incoming invoices, including thorough reviews of submissions and proof of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of all international transactions and budgets.
  • Act as the primary liaison for international clients and partners regarding payment statuses, production details, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting and finance to address any concerns raised by the international sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to international sales and expenditures.
  • Process international payments and manage currency conversions as needed.
  • Monitor accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments to international clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support international sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a strong capacity to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving capabilities.
