Actively support and assist in the development, promotion, and maintenance of various volunteer opportunities, including relevant committees.

Assist members with fundraising initiatives.

Support the Senior Center Director in managing the center's budget, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of supplies.

Help the Director in preparing necessary reports, including monthly and expense reports for the senior center.

Maintain a tracking system for services and programs provided.

Promote the agency and center through outreach efforts, participation in community events, and representation to the public and community leaders.

Prepare informational materials such as flyers, newsletters, and bulletin boards to keep members informed through announcements and postings.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent Office Management Skills
  • Experience working with Older Adults preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
