LPN Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled LPN Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Administer medication and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and medication administration records.
- Medication Management: Review and update medication lists, ensure accurate medication documentation, and maintain medication carts and treatment carts in a clean and organized manner.
- Resident Care: Provide resident care and support, including conducting Service and Health Updates, participating in daily Cross Over meetings, and transcribing orders.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, report accidents and incidents, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- LPN License: Current LPN license in good standing.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as any other certifications required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors and in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
