As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patient experience.

Your contributions will include:

Educating new patients about their treatment options, managing financial arrangements, and developing strong patient relationships.

  • Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and effectively communicating the details to patients while addressing any concerns.
  • Understanding financial policies to guide patients through their payment choices.
  • Following up on pending reports and reaching out to potential patients to facilitate treatment scheduling.
  • Preparing for patient examinations.
  • Conducting follow-ups with patients to arrange consultations or initiate treatment, ensuring schedules remain active.
  • Coordinating referrals to specialists as needed prior to treatment.
  • Assisting with local marketing initiatives and community engagement events.
