Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Development: Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand in the market.
  • Sales and Account Management: Maintain quality sales records, prepare sales and activity reports, and manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive impression of the Comcast Experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Advanced Communications Solutions: Focus on selling advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate more effectively both internally and externally to their customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with technical, customer service, and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Business Objectives: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Professionalism: Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
  • Attendance: Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Base Pay: $55,000.00, Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $50,000.00.
  • Benefits: Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees, including an array of options, expert guidance, and always-on tools, personalized to meet the needs of your reality.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
