Position Summary
West Chester University of Pennsylvania's Public Safety Department is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Electronic Security Systems Coordinator. This position is integral to the daily management of the campus electronic security initiatives, contributing to a safe and secure educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage cardholder data within the access control system, granting appropriate access rights.
- Assist individuals with card access issues, providing support through various communication channels.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and manage service requests effectively.
- Oversee the Election Security Form system and generate reports as needed.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with administrative staff regarding invoicing and service tickets.
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to card access.
- Respond to general questions regarding access policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
- Six months of experience in a clerical role or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with card access and digital security systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
