- Work with blueprints and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly
- Use soldering and assembly techniques to build complex electronic systems
- Collaborate with internal customers to meet production requirements
- Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure smooth production
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of soldering experience
- 2+ years of related defense manufacturing experience
- IPC-610 certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Basic mechanical and computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
