Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients upon arrival for their appointments.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling by reviewing healthcare providers' orders, including imaging, consultations, tests, and procedures.
  • Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors to the clinic in a warm and helpful manner.
  • Manage phone inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive messages, among other tasks.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in customer service, patient scheduling, reception, administrative support, electronic medical records, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Willingness to work at various locations as necessary and attend meetings.
