  • Assisting in training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team.
  • Being a friendly and encouraging team player, open and/or closing, leading shifts, and counting Drawers and Finalizing Day.
  • Exhibiting Excellent Communication Skills, both written and spoken.
