Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical coverage and mentorship to clinicians, promoting best-in-class clinical delivery and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement, workflow optimization, and center performance enhancement.
  • Mentor and train future clinical leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead medical management and quality improvement programs, ensuring alignment with market strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with the Director of Therapy Operations to ensure seamless integration of clinical and therapy services.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of clinician meetings, training sessions, and other initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
  • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred two years' directly applicable experience, including relevant clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Preferred two years' experience in managed care and physician management.
