Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Total TV Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our sales, evangelizing our Nexxen Linear & CTV offering, and expanding awareness of our Converged TV solution to advertisers and independent ad agencies.

This is an outstanding opportunity to have an impactful role as we continue to grow. You will lead all tactical sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business, driving revenue through proactive selling of our end-to-end technology solution to net new business brands and agencies.

You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, building long-term relationships with agencies and direct clients, and delivering superior client service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
  • Cultivate and nurture connections with marketing agencies and brands
  • Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
  • Collaborate with Total TV Leadership and Account management teams to achieve client goals
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Recognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
  • Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and market requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience in Linear TV, selling insertion order media to brands and independent ad agencies
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • Understanding of the Linear TV space, some CTV knowledge, and the convergence of those two platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies
  • Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
  • Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Successful negotiation experience, producing impactful results
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000, with the potential for an incentive or bonus. We also provide a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
