NICU Department Manager

All Med Search is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our NICU department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Advanced Neonatal Care Coordinator will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, families, and ancillary services or consultants to plan and implement patient care plans. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Estimate: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Patient Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Care Coordination: Coordinate care for compromised neonates among all disciplines providing care.
- Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the NICU department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN license in Texas.
- BCLS certification required.
- Medication Learning Modules, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E, ACLS certifications preferred.
