We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Marvel Medical Staffing.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced RN to work in the NICU department of a hospital in Houston, TX. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package reflects the importance of this role and the value we place on our employees.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill neonates in the NICU department.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

You will work a variety of shifts, including nights, to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care 24/7.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Texas.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the NICU or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
