About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled RN, specializing in critical care and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) settings. In this role, you will have the chance to work with critically ill patients, including infants requiring specialized care in the NICU.

Job Description:
  • Critical Care ICU Nurse:
    • Monitor and evaluate patients with life-threatening conditions, making sound decisions in emergency situations based on vital signs, patient presentation, and assessments.
    • Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Medical Surgery/Telemetry Nurse:
    • Manage the day-to-day care needs of acutely ill adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring, frequent assessments, and interventions.
    • Administer medications, complete documentation requirements, and support patient self-determination and health promotion.
  • Neonatal ICU RN (NICU):
    • Provide care for newborns immediately after birth, overseeing their care in the NICU.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain NICU equipment, consult with parents/guardians on aftercare and long-term health management, and educate new parents on basic infant care.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN), active Texas or compact state license.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
